Work will begin on the 23 Sisters 0.13b Full Update on Monday. This is the next free update. There hasn't been a full update of this game since early November. I'm excited to share it with everyone.

Mmm... 23 women in 3–8 weeks, before your Dad dies. And they have to be pregnant, which will take a couple of weeks to find out, meaning it will take a minimum of at least 9 months to know the MC has impregnant 23 women. On that basis, I take it this game is a fantasy?!
